Juicing For Health Conditions – Quick Reference Guide

You can use the following list of fruits and vegetables whenever you need some additional help to ease the current or prevent the potential health conditions. This is a very flexible, quick and dirty list. When preparing your healthy and refreshing juices, make sure that you use the indicated combinations of ingredients only as an approximate guide. In many cases, more elaborate recipes should be used.

A word of caution: if you are overweight, if you have diabetes or prediabetes, or if you suffer from a metabolic syndrome, it would be wise to avoid most, if not all fruit-based juices. Try to modify the juices give below and stick to the freshly squeezed vegetable juices. Even if you are totally healthy, to maintain long-term health, I would suggest keeping the amount of carbs and fructose from the fruits in your juices as low as possible.
